Each condo features a private bedroom with new king size bed, a queen size fold out couch in the living room, and will sleep 4.   Four people maximum are allowed - exceptions are made for families with young children.

 Our condos rent for $149 per night.   Stay 7 nights and receive the seventh night FREE.  That averages out to $127.72 per night, and for four people in the condo, that equals $31.93 per night per person!   We do not charge the usual out-cleaning fee of $55 that most other rental condos do, if your stay is 3 days or longer.

Value season is even less!  Value Season is Sept. 1 to Nov. 18 and the rate is $125 per night, with the seventh night FREE, also.

This is the rate for the whole unit – not per person as most resorts charge.  This unit has a normal rate of $235 at the front desk of the resort.  We can charge a lower rate because we own, maintain, and manage them ourselves. 

Rates are subject to 4.166% Hawaii State Tax and 7.25% Hawaii State Transient Accommodation Tax.   All units are non-smoking.

Our condo units #409 and #411 are located in Building #40.  Both units are almost next to each other so if you are considering a 2 bedroom unit, renting our two condos may meet your requirements.  Both our condos are located on the 2nd floor of a three floor building with just 9 steps up to the second floor from ground level. 

Building #40 is located back away from our wonderful beach, but it is only a 5 - 6 minute walk to the beach and out Beach Hut provides free towels and chairs so you do not have to haul them yourself.  Many of our guests have commented that this end of the resort is much quieter than the other end near the front desk.  We know that these are very quiet and comfortable condos because we actually lived in one or the other for 2 1/2 years while we were repairing, painting and upgrading these units.  Both units are almost identical and are very clean and comfortable.  After you settle in to our condos, please take time to read our 'Guest Book'.   Several guests have returned several times and have great things to say about our condos and their love of Kauai.

If you need a 2 bedroom unit, please let us know.  As owners at Kiahuna Plantation, we can get you a significant discount on one of these.  There are a limited number of 2 bedroom units so please plan ahead as far as possible.

Reservations: A one night deposit of $166, which includes tax, is required to confirm a reservation booking.  We are currently only able to accept checks or money orders.  Deposits must be received by us within 10 days of reservation request or reservation will be cancelled.  Balance is due at least 30 days prior to scheduled arrival.

Cancellations: 100% refund for cancellations 30 or more days ahead of scheduled arrival date.  75% refund for cancellations 14 – 29 days before scheduled arrival date.  No refund if less than 13 days before arrival date.

Changes in Reservations: There will be a $40 fee for reservation changes less than 30 days of scheduled arrival.

Note: We generally have great weather – always warm - but we do not offer refunds or discounts for unsatisfactory weather.

Maid Service: Daily maid service is not provided, but fresh towel service is available for  $10 per day fee.  Full Housekeeping Service is available for $35 per day.  A coin operated laundry facility is available for guests on the property just a short distance from the units.  In-room hairdryers, soaps, shampoos and towels are provided at no charge.

Kitchen: The kitchen is equipped with plates, bowls, cups, silverware, glasses, cooking pots, pans, coffee maker, full size refrigerator, stove with oven, dishwasher, microwave and normal kitchen tools.  Cook in if you wish to save lots of money on your vacation.  Several  restaurants are nearby if you do not want to cook in!
